Our busy Nelson branch is in need of a skilled Service Coordinator. As such you will be adept at converting customer calls to service bookings then organising and scheduling our mechanics who in turn will be out there supporting our large customer base within the Tasman Region. Previous experience working in a similar role in the heavy automotive industry is desirable or some knowledge of the administration needs of a workshop environment is a must. 

You will be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate this across all levels of the company. A self-starter with plenty of initiative who enjoys displaying a warm friendly manner to both customers and suppliers, you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. A natural at multi-tasking, you will enjoy supporting others when the need arises and will always be able to deliver options when solving enquiries, you will be able to operate in a professional and confidential manner as you will be responsible for opening cases and ensuring all checks are performed when qualifying customers as per the credit control policy, creating and processing purchase orders, maintaining records on our in house system (Mango) and completing all other tasks needed by the Service team. You will need to be a competent computer user with MS office skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
