TDX Ltd has purchased the Pacific Material Handlings (PMH) New Zealand business.

Effective 1st December 2015, TDX Ltd has purchased the Pacific Material Handlings (PMH) New Zealand business which is primarily for the distribution of the Sennebogen material handling product.  Sennebogen offer a wide range of material handling machines for scrap handling, waste/recycling, timber handling, port handling and demolition applications.

“TDX has seen continued growth to its business over the past four years since acquiring the NZ distributorships for Volvo and Yanmar construction equipment and this is an exciting addition to the TDX product portfolio, as we already provide service to a number of Sennebogen machines around New Zealand and have a common customer base. With these machines typically being used in high utilisation applications we understand the high uptime expectations of Sennebogen customers and we believe we can continue to build on the good work that PMH have done in establishing the product in NZ”,  commented Mike McKessar, TDX CEO

The two staff currently employed by PMH in New Zealand, Kevin Hickey (Product and technical support) and Fred Phillips (Operations) will be retained by the TDX business in their existing roles and we welcome them into the TDX team in Auckland. They bring with them a wealth of experience and customer and technical knowledge which will ensure we provide our new and existing Sennebogen customers with the same high quality service for which TDX is renowned.

Along with offering the Sennebogen product, TDX are also able to offer TW Logstackers, Genesis shears and attachments and SMAG grabs to the New Zealand market.
